I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with a stunning view from the balcony, well-equipped with plenty of storage space, a fridge, and complimentary tea & coffee. However, there were some minor issues with the bathroom mirror. The service was delightful overall, though there were moments of shyness towards foreigners and a bit of pressure to visit certain locations. The location was excellent, high up in the hillside with an amazing view and close to the main attractions. The dining experience offered mostly Western options that could have been better with more local and traditional Sri Lankan dishes. The facilities were great, offering various services and amenities.
